    • Per Section  20.08.02,authorize the Zoning Agent to approve the minor, non_substantial deviations from the approved Special Permit at 467 River Road  as proposed in:
    • PZC2017-17 Application to amend Special Permit to replace & relocate underground storage tanks to avoid CT DOT storm water pipe. Owner: Kenyon Oil Co. Applicant: Lawrence Webster
    • PZC2017-21 Application to amend Special Permit to relocate existing area light & guide rail, install 4’ landscape wall, restripe parking lot, & 1200sq. ft. S.F. with pervious bituminous asphalt. Owner: Kenyon Oil Co. Applicant: Lawrence Webster
