Fuel Bank Awareness

This fall, we are creating awareness of our Fuel Bank! The Fuel Bank is money set aside to assist a resident in need with an emergency one-time delivery of 100 gallons of oil. Our staff talks with the resident in need and identifies long-term solutions to assist with heating costs, such as energy assistance programs, Operation Fuel, or other options as available for which the resident may qualify. This fund is made up entirely of donations from generous residents like you. If you wish to donate or to find out more, please call us or drop by!

Community Closet

Open during the same hours as the food pantry is our Community Closet, which offers new and gently used coats and clothing for men, women, and children. We have some wonderful scarves, purses, and even shoes! Come by and see what we have in your size!

Senior Center Hours

We currently have office hours at the Senior Center from 9:00 am to 11:00 am every Thursday. No appointment necessary. Open to anyone! Drop in a say hi, and learn more about our services!

Energy Assistance Program

We are now taking applications for the State of Connecticut's Energy Assistance Program. Please call for an appointment and for information on what to bring. Due to the lengthy application process, no walk-ins please. Please note- first delivery will be in November.
