Julia Cartabiano is a partner in family-owned Willow Valley Farm, a CSA and market farm located along the Fenton River in Willington, CT. She works for UConn Department of Dining Services as the Farm Manager for UConn Spring Valley Student Farm in Mansfield, CT. Julia has years of experience as a horticulturalist utilizing earth-friendly regenerative growing methods. She is a UConn graduate with a B.S. in Environmental Horticulture and M.S. in Plant Science, Horticulture.
