05/2/17 Meeting
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order @ 7:05 pm.
Roll Call/ Seating of alternates: P. Andersen, K. Demers, M. Drobney, C. Jordan, M. Schreiber, R. Shabot. On a motion by CJ/KD Jackie Kulig was seated for J. Cartabiano. Unanimous
Approval of Funds for boardwalk lumber for Ashford Link Trail: On a motion by CJ/RS “The WCC approves the purchase of lumber and hardware for boardwalks on the Ashford Link and Taylor Pond Trails. Unanimous vote.
On a motion by CJ/RS “The WCC approves the reimbursement of $12.99 to KD for the purchase of return address labels. Unanimous vote.
Discussion of Draft Plan of Conservation and Development: Members discussed revisions to the maps and text of the draft POCD document.
Other: On a motion by KD/JK “The WCC approves the relocation of the Nipmuck Trail and any changes to the easement which is held by CFPA and the reroute of the Royal Knowlton Preserve Trail adjacent to Marsh Road.
Next Meeting: The 5/19/17 meeting is cancelled. Next meeting is June 21, 2017
