 Public Hearing called to order at 7:42 PM.

~~PUBLIC HEARING:

1. ZBA2017-1 Application for variance from section 4.05  building in front or rear yard to build a single family dwelling at 121 Tinkerville Road (Map 40 Lot 35 Zone R80) Owner/Applicant: Vincent Sinosky (Received May 11, 2017 Public Hearing on June 8, 2017 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)  

Mark Masinda opened the Public Hearing 7:42

Vincent Sinosky was present to speak about his application. He stated that he had built a barn at 121 Tinkerville Road and he now want to build a house.

V. Sinosky said that the property has a lot of wetlands and was very limited in where the house could be located.

V. Sinosky said that he had been to the Wetland Commission and the application was approved.

The Board Members discussed the location of the barn and house. Eastern Highland Health District had done test pits and had approved the location of the septic system.

Public Hearing was closed.

M. Masinda closed the Public Hearing.

John Rup motion to approve the application. John Prusak seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

M. Masinda motion to adjourn. W. Bland seconded the motion. All voted in favor.~Meeting was adjourned. ~~
