Meet Willington's #1 Dog for 2010

clip_image03.jpgLeo is Willington’s #1 dog this year.
He is a beautiful ninety pound American Red Golden Retriever.  The Salisbury family rescued him from an apartment in Willimantic.  He absolutely loves living in Willington where he enjoys long daily walks visiting with all his friends both human and canine. You know you are one of Leo’s favorite people when you are greeted by his bellowing love tone’s and outstretched body as he just can’t get to you fast enough.  He also loves running through Fenton Ruby Park with his golden friends Ricky and Lucy especially when the finale is a swim.  Leo has many adventures with his family gardening, fishing and camping all over New England, the Carolina’s and Florida.  He is a beloved very furry member of the Salisbury family.  Leo has changed their lives for the better as they have changed his.  He eats great leftovers and sleeps in their bed and even has his very own recliner in the living room.
