The Town Clerk can assist you with the following items:

- voter registration
- military discharges - DD214
- election/referendum prodecdures
- land records
- maps
- recording of Trade Names and Notary Certificates
The Willington Town Clerk’s Office no longer processes Passport Applications due to new Federal Regulations. The Tolland Probate Court Office in the Tolland Town Office Building or the Storrs Post Office do process them
