The record owner should be aware of the following stipulations:
1. If for any reason a scheduled payment is not in the office by the designated date, (and there is no contact with this office) the payment plan will be null and void. If this payment plan is voided there will be no additional contact from this office. Please realize and understand additional legal collection tools will be enforced.
2. On the scheduled final payment the record owner must call our office and receive an exact pay off amount.
The owner recognizes the Town of Willington will continue to follow the lien process for any future levies that may be outstanding.
