Discussed overall budget process and timeline. Committee will meet with D. Harding in early January to discuss budget; will meet in extended pre-board meeting before regular January meeting; committee will make recommendation to adjust Board of Education budget timeline. Committee will discuss budget presentation ideas at next meeting.
