WILLINGTON LITTLE LEAGUE
BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL
NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2010
Registration for the Willington Little League, Baseball and Softball, will be held at Hall School (outside the gymnasium) Saturday, January 16th and Saturday, January 23rd from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. These dates will be the only opportunity to register.
To be eligible, players must:
Reside within Willington town boundaries
Be born on or after May 1, 1994 and before May 1, 2005 for Boys Baseball (league age 5 through 16)
Be born on or after January 1, 1995 and before January 1, 2005 for Girls Softball (league age 5 through 14)
Registering players must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Players new to the program this year must bring legal proof of age (birth certificate). These must be original “Birth Certificates”, notification of birth registrations, or birth registration cards, or certified copies thereof. The documents will be returned after examination. Returning Players where we have a record that legal proof of age was presented last year do not need to do so again.
Please fill out a registration form ahead of time (attached). Registration forms will also be available at the Library, Willington Post Office, Recreation Dept, as well as Hall School on the registration dates.

Spring Registration Fee Schedule: Combined Boys/Girls Instructional Program - (ages 5 & 6 ) $50 Combined Boys/Girls Farm League Baseball (Boys and Girls Little League Ages 7&8) $60 Boys Little League Baseball- (includes Boys Little League Ages 9-12) $60 (born May 1, 1997 through April 30, 2005 ) Boys Junior League Baseball- (ages 13-16) $60 (born May 1, 1994 through April 30, 1997)
Girls Softball- (includes Little League Softball Ages 9-14) $60 (born January 1, 1995 through December 31, 2000) FAMILY MAXIMUM REGISTRATION: (3 or more children) $120 |

UNIFORMS: Willington Little League provides team hats and shirts. Players must buy their own uniform pants (optional for Instructional programs). Baseball and softball pants should be grey.. Youth baseball and softball pants are generally available at sporting goods stores, Sports Authority in Manchester, Dick’s Sporting Goods in Manchester, and Modell’s Sporting Goods in Manchester.
