A list of correspondence was available at the meeting and in the Selectman’s office.

Public Works:
Lynn said that the guys are trying to stay on roadside mowing of the chip sealing route, but have been sidetracked due to down trees/limbs, and brush clearing.

One of the biggest problems they have been having is that many road signs have been stolen; last week, someone stole the well cover on the Fenton Ruby trail.  The signs are being stolen around Fermier and Balasz Roads near the Ashford area.  Public Works is replacing up to 5 – 10 road signs per week.

Someone is taking parts off of computers that have been dumped in the recycling area at the transfer station.  She believes that there may be information still on the computers.
