1. Call to order : 7:35 pm

- Ed, Ralph, Pam, Carol
- Approval of minutes: not done.
- Town Office Building issues
Ralph was thanked for his very long and hard work on this project.
A bid for less than the total grant money can cover window replacements, front entry door and basement entry.
Hazardous lead removal estimate = $9000. Firm numbers expected next week.
Can grant money be used for that?
Plan : recommend project at next BOS meeting, then publish on state web site.
Let BOS determine clerk of the works.
Farmington RFQ still needs to be typed out with adaptations for Willington.
Ed will re-request.
- Public relations - Willington Day
Pam will check with Mark & Norm re: their participation
Ralph - Banner / poster with WEAC current projects
Community E. not sure if they can attend.
- General discussion of ideas, new goals, etc./other
Library -favorable use report from energy audit.
Discuss: install solar panels on library roof. Use as teaching model.
Jim has resigned. Carol is moving out of Willington.
Need to recruit new members
